Midpoint was founded by Dr. Jenny Epoyun-William, a former UK international student, lawyer, and academic from Nigeria. She faced numerous challenges while navigating the job market, and her desire to help other immigrants avoid similar pitfalls led her to hold a webinar in 2020.
